Quality Control: Every production batch goes through rigorous testing: materials verified before production, colors checked after dyeing, prints inspected, stitching audited, final visual inspection before packing. In-house testing lab validates shrinkage, color fastness, tensile strength. Defects caught and corrected immediately; no compromised batches ship.

Environmental Responsibility: Wastewater from dye house treated and recycled. Chemical storage compliant with local regulations. Waste segregation and proper disposal protocols. No compromises on environmental standards.

We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) and CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) terms suited to EU importers. Standard shipping is FCL (Full Container Load) to major EU ports: Rotterdam, Hamburg, Antwerp, or your designated port. Lead time includes production + domestic shipping to port + ocean freight (typically 20–30 days from Karur to Northern Europe). Smaller orders (1,000–5,000 units) can be consolidated LCL (Less Than Container Load) with partner freight forwarders: slightly longer transit, lower cost per unit.

Samples & pre-production: Standard samples ship via Express courier (DHL, FedEx) within 5–7 days for in-stock colors, 10–15 days for custom samples. Sample costs deducted from first bulk order if approved.
