Yes! We dye, screen-print, digitally print, and embroider in-house:

• Custom Dyeing: Match specific Pantone colors; access to 100+ color library

• Embroidery: Logos and text on towels, bags, and linen (add 10-15 days to lead time)

We are working toward industry-leading certifications to meet global buyer standards:

• SEDEX Audit: In process, expected completion Q4 2026. This will verify our labor practices and supply chain transparency.

We do not currently hold GOTS (organic), Fair Trade, or other product certifications. Our focus is on quality control and responsible manufacturing practices. See our Process page for details on our in-house quality assurance.

Pricing is based on product, volume, and customization options. We offer:

• Payment terms: 50% advance, 50% upon shipment (standard for custom orders)
