Yes! We dye, screen-print, digitally print, and embroider in-house:

• Custom Dyeing: Match specific Pantone colors; access to 100+ color library
• Screen Printing: 1-4 color designs on bags, towels, linens

• Embroidery: Logos and text on towels, bags, and linen (add 10-15 days to lead time)

We are working toward industry-leading certifications to meet global buyer standards:

• SEDEX Audit: In process, expected completion Q4 2026. SEDEX (Supplier Ethical Data Exchange) verifies our labor practices, environmental management, health & safety compliance, and supply chain transparency. This is the global standard required by major retailers (Walmart, Target, Marks & Spencer) and importers to ensure ethical manufacturing.

• Payment terms: 50% advance, 50% upon shipment (standard for custom orders)

We check materials, then stitching, prints, and finished goods. Fail one, the batch doesn't ship:

• Raw Material: Weave, weight, shrinkage tested

Bulk Orders: You purchase our existing product lines in your choice of colors/prints. Quick lead times, lower MOQs, and lower cost.

Private Label / White Label: We manufacture products under your brand name and specifications. Includes custom tags, packaging, and branding. Higher MOQs (typically 500-1,000 units), longer lead times (60-90 days), but full brand ownership.

Both options available. We'll advise on which fits your business model during the quotation process.

We export internationally only. All production is made to order for international buyers to 20+ countries. Export terms:

• Shipping Options: FCL (Full Container Load) and LCL (Less Than Container Load) available
• Incoterms: FOB, CIF, DDP available depending on buyer preference
• Documentation: Commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin provided
• Lead Times: 15-30 days additional for international freight

Every shipment is checked at each production stage — raw materials tested, stitching inspected, final goods verified. We also use third-party inspectors (Intertek, SGS, Bureau Veritas) when needed.

Because defects get caught before shipment, buyers almost never see them. That's why we don't have a return or refund policy.

Example: basic kitchen towel (400 GSM cotton, no customization, 1,000 units) ranges ₹150-200 per unit wholesale. Custom-dyed kitchen towels add ₹30-50. Embroidered towels add ₹50-100 depending on complexity.

Cost structure: raw material (cotton prices fluctuate quarterly), labor (100 skilled staff), overhead (facility, equipment, utilities). We don't use agents, so no middleman markup. Direct pricing.

Why we can guarantee: Vertically integrated production means no external vendor delays. We don't batch multiple clients' orders into shared production runs. Your order gets dedicated loom/dye vat/embroidery machine time. Production happens on your timeline.

Backup plans: If delays occur (rare), we use air freight or expedited ocean to meet your deadline (cost passed to you). Quality never compromised for speed. If a batch fails testing, we rework it. We never ship defective goods.

We don't have a formal returns/refunds policy because defects leaving our facility is extremely rare. Every batch passes: raw material inspection, in-process QC (color fastness, stitching, prints), final 100% visual inspection. Batches that fail any gate don't move forward—we rework them.

If defects somehow reach you (unprecedented in 20+ years): Contact us with photos/details. We investigate root cause (material, production, or shipping damage) and replace the batch at our cost. Shipping costs (return + replacement) split or covered entirely depending on circumstances.

Protection: We recommend third-party inspection (Intertek, SGS, Bureau Veritas) for orders over 10,000 units. Independent inspectors certify quality before shipment. Small cost; eliminates dispute risk.

Scaling depends on product and capacity availability. For best-selling SKUs: we maintain some in-stock inventory, so +20-30% orders can often ship within 10-15 days. For fully custom SKUs (custom colors, prints, embroidery): scaling requires additional production runs, adding 30-45 days.

Contact us immediately if sales outpace forecast. We'll check: available loom time, dye vat capacity, embroidery queue, stitching line availability. If capacity exists, we can accommodate. If not, we'll provide honest timeline (don't over-commit and disappoint).
